The in house SMT workshop is built up to achieve self-sufficiency in supply of our own products. The automated solder paste printing machine and pick-and-place machine ensure the accuracy of LEDs placement and streamline the whole process. 
Quality is always the priority in ledlucky,every station of the production process must be strict quality controled while ensuring the efficient production such as incoming material inspection,100% grounding and hi-pot inspection, the first article inspection before mass production, Apart from that all the products must be aging at least four hours to eliminate all the problems. each qualified product will be well packaged with automated machine for shipment, and the spot check conducted by QC staff makes double insurance on avoiding possible mistakes.
